Oven, racks and glass degreased, rangehood and filters washed, stovetop and splashback polished, benchtops and sink cleaned, every cupboard and drawer wiped inside.
Tiles and grout scrubbed, screens and tracks descaled, vanity, mirror and toilet disinfected, taps polished and the exhaust fan wiped.
Marks wiped off walls, skirting boards and doors cleaned, switches and light fittings dusted, wardrobes and shelves wiped inside and out.
Glass cleaned inside, tracks and sills vacuumed, hard floors mopped and carpets vacuumed throughout.
Tub and cupboards wiped, balcony or courtyard swept, and the entry tidied for the final walk-through.
Carpet steam cleaning, flea and tick treatment and garage sweeping can all go on the same booking.

The whole property against a standard exit checklist: kitchen including the oven and inside the cupboards, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, floors, windows, skirting boards, light fittings and wardrobes. Carpet steam cleaning is quoted separately because not every lease asks for it.

A week is comfortable, though we often have room sooner, weekends included. Try to have the clean land the day before your final inspection so carpets are dry and nobody has walked dirt back through.
No. Many tenants leave the keys with the agent or in a lockbox. We will agree the handover with you when you book.
It helps, because we can reach every wall and cupboard. If a few things are still there, tell us and we will work around them.
